We’re Em & Amy.
Em is a career recruiter who’s had the privilege of representing some of Australia’s best loved ecommerce brands as their external recruitment partner for almost 20 years now.
Part art, part science, it’s been an absolute pleasure to work on headhunting & targeted search for brands such as ZeroCo, BlackMilk Clothing, Miss Amara, Incu, TradeMutt, Dominos and so many other incredible D2C brands. She’s also worked on B2B recruitment for brands like Sea to Summit, Astir & Signet.
Amy built her career in ecommerce and marketing with some of Australia’s most loved retailers before stepping into recruitment. She managed multi region ecom websites for Beginning Boutique, led digital marketing and social campaigns for Knobby Underwear, and grew Cotton On Group’s database through strategic lifecycle marketing.
Having experienced both sides of the hiring process, Amy understands what makes a great marketer and what it takes to drive ecommerce success. She has seen firsthand how the right hire can transform both a business and someone’s career.
